A studio built around one idea: technology should quietly serve the space
Vertex Automation designs and installs smart home, office and building automation in Dubai. We are deliberately consultation-led, closer to a design studio than a supplier, because the difference between a smart home and a drawer of remotes is almost always the thinking that went in before the first cable was pulled.

The principles behind every project
We do not ask you to take our word for it through badges or borrowed statistics. We would rather be judged on how we work.
Design before equipment
We start from how a space is lived in or worked in, and design the system to serve that. The product list is an outcome of the design, never the starting point. It is why no two Vertex projects are identical.
One team, one responsibility
The people who design your system are the people who install and program it. There is no hand-off to a separate crew who never saw the plan, which is how details survive from drawing to handover.
Restraint as a feature
The best automation is the kind you stop noticing. We resist complexity for its own sake and build systems that feel obvious to use, because a control you have to think about is a control that gets abandoned.
Documented and open to growth
Every project is handed over with the documentation needed to understand, support and extend it. Systems are sized to grow, so adding to them later is planned engineering, not demolition.

From single rooms to whole developments
Our clients are villa and penthouse owners upgrading how they live, office owners and facility managers making a workplace run better, and the architects, interior designers, contractors and developers who bring us into a project at design stage. Some come to us with a single frustration, curtains that should move on their own, a cinema room that never quite worked. Others hand us a whole building.
In every case the engagement is the same: we listen first, design deliberately, and stay accountable through installation, programming and handover. When the work is done well, the technology recedes and the space simply feels better to be in.
