Integrated building automationAl Quoz, Dubai

Every system in the building, behaving as one.

Lighting, climate, shading, security, entertainment and network, designed and installed as one system for Dubai villas, apartments and offices.

Coverage

What the system covers

Five worlds, one set of behaviours. Most of it disappears the moment it works, which is the argument for doing it properly the first time.

A living room where daylight, shading and cooling are set together

01 / 5

Comfort

Light level, shade position and cooling are one problem, so they are wired as one answer. The room stops fighting the afternoon sun.

02 / 5

Security

See the gate from the kitchen. Let a delivery in from the airport. Arm the perimeter from the same place you turn the lights off.

03 / 5

Entertainment

A cinema room that dims, closes, cools and starts on one press. Speakers built into the ceiling rather than into the conversation.

04 / 5

Connectivity

Coverage designed around the real floor plan and the real walls, wired back to a proper rack rather than a router in a cupboard.

05 / 5

Control

Engraved keypads where a hand already reaches for the wall. Panels where they earn their place. Nothing arrives with its own app.

Photography on this page is illustrative of the kinds of spaces we automate, not images of specific completed projects. The exceptions are the two sections further down that say the work is our own: the installation photographs, and the clips from installed systems.

We work across Dubai, with dedicated pages for Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Meydan, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, DIFC, and every community on areas we serve.

From real installations

Panels we have actually fitted.

  • A living room media wall beside a wall-mounted touch panel showing lighting, AC, music and curtain controls
    One panel, the whole room
  • A bedroom at night beside a wall panel set to Sleep Mode, lights off and the villa secured
One tap, and the bedroom settles for the night
  • A touch panel mounted on a stone wall, controlling skylights, extraction and blinds
Blinds and skylights, from the same panel
  • A small lighting control panel set flush into a walnut-veneered wall
Built into the finish, not bolted on
  • A matte black climate control panel mounted flush to the wall
Matte black, flush to the wall
  • A glass-fronted white climate control panel
Or glass and white, if that suits the room better
  • A dark textured climate control panel showing floor temperature
A third finish, the same simple control
  • A rose gold quad wall plate combining media controls, climate and a power outlet
A finish to match the room, not the other way round

Why Vertex

Why choose Vertex Automation

  • One system, one interface

Lighting, climate, curtains, security and entertainment run as a single system, controlled from one place instead of a phone full of separate apps.

  • Designed around your property

Every project starts with a walk through the space and a proposal built around it, not a fixed package of add-ons picked off a shelf.

  • Built for how Dubai actually lives

Schedules, shading and cooling are planned around the heat, glare and dust the city puts on a building, not copied from a catalogue.

  • Care that continues after handover

We stay available for adjustments, additions and support as your needs change, so the system keeps earning its place.

  • One team, start to finish

The same team designs, installs and supports your system, a single point of contact from the first call through to handover and beyond.

We design, install and support integrated automation for homes and workplaces in Dubai, lighting, air-conditioning, curtains and blinds, security and CCTV, door access, and entertainment, all engineered to work as one system and controlled from a single app or wall panel. We are a consultation-led studio, not a shop: the design comes before any equipment is specified.

All three, with a dedicated approach for each. Villas are designed as whole-property systems; apartments and penthouses are handled with retrofit-friendly methods that respect a finished home and a tenancy; offices focus on meeting rooms, access control and energy-aware operation. Wherever you start, the standard of design and finish is the same.

Yes. A finished villa or apartment can be automated with minimal disruption, we design around what exists, using wireless devices where cabling is impractical and wired infrastructure where access allows, and stage the work so the home stays liveable. New builds are different again: joining early lets us plan wiring into the walls. We advise on the right path for your property.

No. The core of a well-designed system, scenes, schedules, keypads, lighting and climate control, runs on a processor inside the building, not in the cloud, so day-to-day control continues without a connection. What pauses is remote access from outside, such as viewing cameras while you travel, and that resumes automatically when the connection returns.

It starts with a consultation and, where useful, a site visit, we listen, walk the space, and understand your priorities. Cost depends entirely on the property and the scope, so a considered quotation follows the assessment rather than a fixed price list. There is no obligation in the first conversation; its purpose is to establish what the right system actually is.

Yes, across the villa communities and the towers alike, from Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills to Downtown, Business Bay and the Marina. We design for Dubai's climate and buildings specifically, which matters for cooling, shading and outdoor equipment. Our areas we serve page lists the communities we work in most often.
